WHAT TENANTS CAN EXPECT WHEN APPLYING

We are happy you are interested to lease with us!  We are always looking for new good, clean tenants for our Landlords!

Please see information below prior to filling out any application.  Upon completion of an application, that does not mean that you are guaranteed any rental, and are subject to pre-screening before any showing and/or approvals will be made.  

Prescreening of perspective tenants will be completed before scheduling a showing of any unit. Please DO NOT call/ text/ or email multiple messages, as it will delay the process of reaching back out. Please allow minimum of 24-48 hours for a callback.

When applying, all applications require $25/fee per adult, full background, and credit check that are good for 60 days, with soft re-checks, as needed.

We appreciate your interest, and will respond to all as soon as we can.
